По умолчанию Chief Accountant/Financial Controller

Our Client is a European leader in food ingiridents production industry.

Now we are looking for Chief Accountant with Financail Controller Functions.

1.Coordinate sales forecasting and reporting processes in keeping with the financial policies (on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis);

2.Oversee the work of record keeping in accordance with the Russian accounting rules.

3.Ensure the complete reflection of accounting transactions in due time.

4.Reconcile totals from accounts at end of period.

5.Participate in the preparation of internal accounts at month-end in accordance with reporting rules in due time and in accordance with the company policy.

6.Ensure the safety of accounting records.

7.Manage the annual budgeting process.

8.Supervise on an ongoing basis the compliance to the budget, report deviations to the General Manager.

9.Prepare all reports required by headquarter and to submit them on time.

10.Develop best solutions for different situations, discuss and consult the tax effects of financial transactions with a tax specialist and with line manager.

11.Participate in the annual audit.

12.Manage the accounting department.

13.On the instructions of the direct supervisor and the Company's superior management, participate in/lead work projects related to both Financial department processes and cross-functional projects.

14.Participate in developing and updating of internal policies and procedures.

15.Demonstrate the professional competencies in accordance with the skill level as required for this position.

16.Use every opportunity available, including training programs suggested, to continually develop his or her professional knowledge and skills that effect performance; Demonstrate positive professional growth.

17.Know, and comply with, the reporting system adopted by the Company for this position, including tracking of all types of reports managed by his or her subordinates on a regular basis, as well as independently keep himself/herself informed of any updates on accounting and management procedures.

18.Know, and comply with, the Company’s internal rules and regulations, including: the Company's Codes of ethics and all other rules that are publicly posted on the Company’s corporate resource.

19.Follow health and safety requirements, including those for fire safety, as prescribed by the applicable laws and the Company's internal rules and regulations.

20.Plan efficiently and spend wisely the corporate funds provided to the employee in connection with his or her duties, subject to prior authorization of the direct supervisor for expenses and the approved limits, as well as in keeping with the Company's internal rules and regulations.

21.Treat the Company’s property and its other assets with due care and keep the Company’s property provided for the performance of his or her duties in good working order. Use the Company’s property and resources (such as corporate mail, telephones (including international and long-distance calls), Internet access, etc., only for purposes of his or her official duties.

22.Comply with the Company's commercial secrecy procedures and keep strictly confidential any other confidential information (including personal data of other employees and third parties) that will become known to Employee in the course of his or her duties.

23.Report all cases of conflict of interest to his or her direct supervisor and to his/her line manager.

24.In due time, perform the assignments and instructions of the direct supervisor and the Company's superior management relating to the official functions of Chief Accountant/Financial Controller and not inconsistent with the applicable laws. Before performing assignments and instructions of the Company's senior management, agree such performance with his or her direct supervisor, or give notice of any assignment or instruction already in progress to the direct supervisor if (s)he can not be reached.

25.Provide early notice to the direct supervisor of being away from work and the reasons for the absence.

26.Travel for work/on business when dispatched by the direct superior or by decision of the Company's management, unless otherwise provided by labor law.

27.Manage the employees and provide to them oversight and direction with the internal rules and regulations

28.Select, motivate and develop assigned employees  

29.Responsible for training, development and ongoing coaching where appropriate to employees  

30.Recognize employees for their achievements, provide consistent and timely feedback to staff regarding progress towards achieving objectives to ensure a culture of continuous improvement

Requirments:

1) More than 10 years of Accountant with Financial Controller expirience in International B2B companies;

2) Upper-intermediate English.

Salary is around 250000 - 350000 rur gross per month fix.
