Quote Maker (a bookkeeper/accounting person)

Industry leader in mobile technology seeks*a Quote Maker to join our friendly team.

It’s a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the asset based pricing for our products and the options available to our clients.
• Understand our wholesale price structure from the companies whose products we resell.
• Prepare price quotes for our products and products we resell based on client asset size, appropriate markup from wholesale and any specific terms we have the client. Enter the price quotes into salesforce.
• Check contracts before they are sent to ensure price in the contracts is correct.
• Track contracts and billing against the contracts to make sure we bill correctly and completely.
• Track special considerations about billing for clients with unique arrangements.
• Check quickbooks to make sure we have all contracts entered and all clients have contracts
• Possible future work is to create and enter invoices into quickbooks.
• Must have attention to detail, be very organized and careful in your work. Must work indpendantly and be self reliant but ask questions when needed. Must communicate with coworkers in English over skype and email.
